The position

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to SVP to join us. This position will report to the SVP of Region China and be a member of the China SVP Office.


As EA to SVP, you are going to ensure high quality support to SVP, by connecting SVP’s agenda with relevant content and inputs, coordinating and prioritizing external meetings and requests to ensure all deliverables from SVP and cross-functions are responded professionally; Facilitate region China governance / decision-making (e.g. ET meetings, BRMs, Regional visits) without adding another layer to functions. And assume special project and assignment.





You at least hold an Bachelor degree with a minimum 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry including a minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial organization.


You have strong business sense to identify business priorities and effectively support SVP; ability to manage multiple priorities and ability to write high quality business documents is required. And important to have strong teamwork and cooperation skills, proactive, self-initiated, innovative, and enjoy challenges, good attention to detail. Your personality is aligned with our Novo Nordisk Way and you have strong written and verbal communication ability in English (mandatory) and Mandarin (optional).
